Proofs-
Proofs are required on all orders involving artwork or specific engraving
guidelines
provided by the customer.
Proofs may also be required for personalization
on specific products.
Proofs are provided at a cost of $15 which includes one (1) revision to original
content
at no additional charge.
Subsequent proofs required
as a result
of changes initiated by
the customer will
be subject to
an additional proof fee.
Production Time-
Standard production time is 10-15 working days and does not include
time in shipment for the purpose
of determining
delivery dates. Production
time begins once
all necessary line copy, artwork,
product information and proof approvals
are
received. Expedited Service is available on most products
within the limitations
outlined below and subject to additional charges.
Expedited Service-
Orders requiring personalization which must be shipped in less than our standard
production time are
accepted
when our production schedule permits and are subject
to the following Expedited Service pricing:

Please Note:
Additional Expedited Service pricing may apply.

Expedited Service scheduling begins after all necessary line copy,
artwork, product
information and proof approvals are finalized.
*All required information must be received by 10 a.m. EST to be eligible for
Same Day Expedited Service.
Same Day Service orders that do not require personalization are subject to
a $15 Expedited Service.
Minimum Purchase Requirement-
Please note that all orders are subject to a Minimum Purchase Requirement of
$10, except where noted.
Cancellations-
Any orders cancelled prior to completion will be subject to
charges equal to
the production
costs incurred up to the time of cancellation
plus an administrative
fee of $25.
Special Notes-
Glass & Crystal items are subject to a minimum order of $100.
Pewter items are subject to a minimum order of $200.
Any order not meeting these requirements will incur a $10 handling surcharge.
Gift boxes for most Glass & Crystal items are available at a cost of $3.00
ea.
Gift boxes for most Pewter items with no engraving are available at a cost
of $3.00 ea.
Returns-
All requests for returned products must be submitted within 7 days
of original purchase.
Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorization
and
are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If the merchandise received is defective
or in error, every effort will be made to correct the order to your satisfaction. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns of non-defective personalized products (including pre-laser engraved) or custom products.
Damage-
All claims for merchandise lost, stolen or damaged during shipment
must be filed with the transportation company.
Liability for claims is transferred
to the carrier at the point of shipment.
Payment Information-
Payment options available:
- We accept cash, checks, PayPal, eCheck, credit cards, money orders & purchase orders
- When supplying us with credit card information please include:
name, card number, expiration date & 3 or 4 digit verification number.
- Credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
- Orders over $1000 are subject to an Alternative Payment Method Convenience
Charge
of
2.5% on Visa/Mastercard/Discover and 3.5% on American
Express.
